PART-TIME fully furnished private room and bath for ONE person only, for minimum of 6 nights every month, maximum of 18 nights. Perfect for a COMMUTER who lives too far from their East Bay job, and needs an occasional place to sleep and eat a few nights a month, (similar to staying in a hotel or AirBnB.)
Share parts of the townhome with the full-time owner. Your fixed or variable weekly or monthly schedule is okay. All nights of the week are available.

DESCRIPTION: 11' x 13' 2nd floor furnished room with 2 double-paned windows, black-out curtains, large closet, lamp, fans, queen sized bed (new mattress in late 2024), side table with drawers, chair, writing table. Private bath with shower and tub (with grab bars) across the hall. Clean sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Private bathroom with shower and tub.
SHARE dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dining patio, with owner.
