Currently, three tenants live in the home, but one long-time roommate is leaving the country to take care of personal matters. Looking for someone who is easy going and do their part to help take care of the property.

Rent: $1,200/mo (plus utilities between $80-$100/mo depending on the month)
Move-in Cost: 1st and last month's rent.
Terms: Be sure your gross income can be verified and 2.5x of the monthly rent. Prefer at least a 1-year lease and enough funds to cover the 1st and last month's rent.
FICO score: 680 minimum
Background checks: Yes, prior to lease signing (to be supplied by the prospective tenant)
