I have two rooms for rent in the next two months, one for January and one for February. Can be for short or longer term.
Both rooms are about 10x12 and have hard wood floors, nice closets, and morning light.
Ideal for students or busy professionals, the home is shared with one mature female and a very friendly and quiet small dog.
There is a shared kitchen, 1.5 baths, and a large yard.
