What's in the room:
- Queen bed (a sleep number bed so you can adjust it)
- 2 Nightstands
- Small dresser
- Semi-private, detached bathroom. You'll only share it when I have guests over, which is maybe once or twice every few months, I will give you notice
- Air purifier in the room
- Tower fan / space heater
- Utilities included - Wifi, water, and power
The house:
- A 3 bedroom / 2 bath single family home, only shared with me and the cat
- A friendly adult cat (and probably put some fur on you from time to time)
- Fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, induction stove, electric oven, electric kettle)
- Laundry in unit in the hallway
- Share common spaces like the living room, kitchen, dining room, back patio, laundry, etc.
- Space for a bicycle in the garage can be arranged
- Plenty of natural light in the living area and views of the bay around parts of the house (you can see the SF skyline and part of Oakland)
- There is no central AC, but there is central heat and a whole house fan I run on hot days
- You can hear BART trains outside the house and in the backyard, but it's not noticeable inside when the windows are closed
- Monthly house cleaner for the common areas and bathrooms included, cause who hates fighting about who cleaned the kitchen sink last?
The area:
- There is plenty of street parking, my block requires a parking permit. However, if you park 1/2 a block up the street there is no permit required, we can also negotiate tandem parking in the driveway on weekdays when the permit may be enforced (It usually isn't but just as a warning).
- Near Safeway, Walgreens, BART/public transit hub, and multiple local restaurants
- Near the Ohlone Greenway, Canyon Trail Park, and Motorcycle Hill
About you:
Ideally work outside the home, cat friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, tidy, quietish, not into artificial scents (sorry, allergies), no pets, clean, non-smoker. Preference for low or no alcohol. Single occupancy.
Length:
Minimum 30 days, maximum 180 days.
About me:
A middle aged Asian American cat lady who loves tea, queer female, foodie, non-smoking, quietish (I like listening to music), homebodyish, respectful, occasional meal prepping, work from home most of the time, but sometimes out and about. I like to spend my time working on my house (gardening, DIY), working out, hiking, or hanging out with friends over a meal or board games. Omnivore. Can also be frequently found watching comedy or sci fi in the living room.

Cost: $1450 / month with a $1450 deposit
Credit check and references required. Application fee is $40 (done by Transunion's Smartmove).
