Choose the master bedroom or the standard room in our spacious 3bd/3br three-floor townhouse, which is located in the beautiful Richmond Marina bay.
The masterroom room is located on the top floor and standard room is located on the ground floor (with more privacy), with 2nd floor as spacious shared sitting room and kitchen.
This townhouse is relatively new and was built in 2009.
I'm a female professional who respects roommates' privacy and space. I'd prefer responsible, considerate, clean, drama-free roommates. If you enjoy clean, quite, and peaceful setting, this place is for you.

The lease is 6 months minimum, with possibility for longer lease. Masterroom $1550/month, standard room $1350/month. Plus another month rent as security deposit.
The rent includes 1 parking spot inside the garage. Kitchen, dining room, living room and washer/dryer are shared.
The house is located in beautiful Marina Bay within steps to two beautiful parks (with free tennis courts), and the San Francisco Bay Trail which is perfect for biking, running or walking. Walking distance to the ferry that goes to San Francisco daily!
Right around the corner, there is a small shopping center that includes Starbucks, CVS, UPS, a hair/nail salon, a fitness gym,
, a few restaurants and a group of Tesla charging stations.
