I am renting this cute private loft with a door with shared bathroom the price is pretty reasonable since it’s just the loft only. If you just need a place to crash, you want to save money.
You need to sign a six month lease.
Not good for working from home. I need at least six month committment. Also, to move -in is the first month rent plus refundable security deposit (1.5 X times the monthly rent)
As you can see from the pictures the room is pretty tidy and has everything to be comfortable The best way to contact me is through text and then we can chat on the phone and then you visit. There is a fridge and a microwave.
You must be quiet and no smoking at all. Not even vaping because the community and the county has specific rules against smoking on multi-family complex. The rules are for inside as well as outside the complex. There is a pool. Beautiful and clean to exercise. Owner occupied and safe and friendly neighborhood.
