I do have a rooms shared for rent at Hercules city in East Bay. Weekly, monthly, short term or long term are available.
Location and transportation info;
25mi to downtown SF , 9mi to El Cerrito Bart, 14mi to UC Berkeley. Hwy I-80 and Hwy 4 and Safeway shopping center are 3mi drive away. Pinole Kaiser, Trader Joe’s and Sprouts are one freeway exit away.
Express Commuters Bus to SF is conveniently available as well. Attached parking and untimed street parking are plenty of space.
House information;
5 bedrooms and 3 full bedrooms two story single family home. One bedroom and one full bathroom at downstairs. One master bedroom, three single bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. Owner occupied in downstairs bedroom and sleep there about 2days a week. Mostly owner do not stay.
Three single bedrooms upstairs are available for rent.
#1 single bedroom $800 for one person; Furnished with full bed.
#2 single bedroom $750 for one person; unfurnished. Rented out.
#3 single bedroom $750 for one person; unfurnished. Rented out
The price is included the garbage bill.Electricity and water bill will be share by heads count. Home WiFi is available.
The house is located in nice and quiet residential Neighborhood with easy public transportation and 10 minutes walking distance to lucky stores for groceries shopping and Rite Aid and Home Depot.
We will be sharing kitchen, living room and laundry.
One month security deposit required for long term and one month move in.

The idea is students or professionals working people going to work from home or rest peacefully after they come back from work surrounded by views of the trees and mountains and nature.
Also my place is good for people who visiting to friends and relatives at Bay Area, wants to have privacy and cook by themselves and feel like they’re in home while they’re staying.
