We are seeking a housemate. I have a single, unfurnished room for rent in a 3 bedroom house that my brother (he) and I (she) share. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is onsite laundry, free wi-fi, and a large backyard. This is a quiet area with plenty of wildlife; we are walking distance to trails, soccer and baseball fields, a dog park, a skate park, and the local pool. I had a dog over 10 years, so a pet would be welcome; I would just ask that it be housetrained or stay outdoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and no guests on weeknights or overnight.
We both work days full-time and have to get up early, so we prefer someone respectful who does not keep late hours. I work from home 1-2 days a week as well, and require a quiet environment at those times.
