Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, and a lovely back porch for drinking your morning coffee. Our space is tidy and peaceful, with an airy, sunlit common area, and a lot of houseplants. Other than the open bedroom, our apartment is fully furnished, but we are open to making changes in common areas and definitely have room for your decorations. If you have ideas, we’re interested!
We are both in our late 30s, an artist/biology student (she/they) and a 6th-grade teacher/counseling student (he/him). We love that our home is a peaceful, friendly, clean-feeling place where we can put on our slippers, chat a little about the day or relax with a book, and we’re looking for someone who mostly wants the same. In addition to liking our house, we also really like our neighborhood. It’s friendly, diverse, and relaxed, with easy street parking. The Safeway, Farmer Joe's, the library, and Dimond Park are a short walk away.
