Hey all, we have a smallish room in the Adams Point area to be filled by Dec 1st, or asap , with the right person. The room is $675 and is located on the 2nd floor.

The house has 2 floors, 5 bedrooms (6 including the living room space) and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance from Lake Merritt, Whole Foods and etc. We are pretty chill house, a nice blend of social and mind-our-business. Black POC. LGBTQ. 420. 25-40 year olds. Looking for another roommate to complete the vibe.

First and last months rent is needed to secure your spot. Month to month lease but longer is preferred. Due to all of the steps, this location may not be the best for a wheelchair. Viewings are possible via virtual tour or in person this weekend. Please provide some info about yourself and what kind of living situation you prefer.

No pets due to the lease.
