The housemate who used to stay in this room moved to a different state recently, so we are looking for a new housemate to fill in by the end of January.
- This bedroom is spacious and gets tons of sunlight!
- Wide closet with sliding doors
- Can easily fit in a queen bed, desk, and additional furniture
- Unfurnished and available to move in now
- Rent is $1,165 + utilities/internet per month
- This bedroom shares a bathroom with another housemate
- The apartment has 1 living room/dining room, 1.5 kitchens with 2 refrigerators, 1 in-unit washer/dryer
- Spacious backyard with seating and lighting
- Rent is month-to month, but looking for someone who would like to stay long-term (6+ months)
- Must be COVID conscious, lgbtqia+ friendly, overall not problematic
- No smoking or hard drugs (weed is okay outdoors)
Housemate A: I’m a cis woman in my late 20s. I have a hybrid work schedule, sometimes work from home and sometimes in the office. My interests include films/TV, sports, dance, improv. I spend most of my time in my room but also enjoy occasionally hanging out with housemates!
Housemate B: I’m a non-binary person in my late 20s. I am a barista and work in the early mornings. My interests/hobbies include lifting, film and theater, writing, and cooking. I also spend most of my time in my room, but I enjoy the occasional, solid kitchen chat!
We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, quiet, financially secure, communicative, and mindful of communal spaces :)
