First time you stay please make an appointment between 4 and 8. Email ID and have at least the first night's rent.
Some of the expectations for curtesy are:
Keep each bathroom use to less than 15 minutes.
Quiet time is 10pm to 6 am
No food or drinks or tenting.
You will have a closet space, bed and bathroom basket all your own, which no one can touch.
Items in the common area will be removed.
Bring your own towel and tp
No smoking.
There is a kitchen available in an upstairs apartment between 7 and 9 am/pm for $5/use
