There is one room for rent in a fairly spacious two bedroom condominium – the condo owner rents it out. The unit is on the second floor of a 3-story 15-unit complex. There's a locked bike room with racks on the 1st floor.
Your medium sized bedroom, with a closet, overlooks the courtyard. You'd also have your own bathroom (there are two) however, the shower is in yours. In the unit there is a washer/dryer.
I'm an easy going middle-aged male who works full-time (not from home) and is usually off somewhere on weekends.
I'm looking for someone who is also easy going, not too messy (I'm not a clean-freak but also don't just let it go) and can communicate well.
The room will be available December 10th.
