The room size is about 10’ x 12' and is very private, with no shared bedroom walls and a large window. The flat has two full baths, large living room and kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators. There is even an indoor space for storing your bike! The space is kept really clean thanks to a revolving chore wheel which only takes about 10 minutes per person a week.
We are all really busy and all have extremely different schedules which make for a quiet house that doesn’t require you to participate in a ton of house meetings.
If this sounds good to you and your lifestyle we would love to hear from you to set up an appointment. Unfortunately we don’t have enough room for couples and can’t take any pets.
Move in cost: 1st , last and 400.00 Deposit.
Utilities are not included in the monthly cost (split between all roommates)
