Utilities including internet usually round out to about an additional $100-$200 depending on the season. You'd have access to all common areas which include an office, and the third room & bath which is a pseudo guest room for visitors. There’s a washer and dryer in unit.
The only other roommate is myself & my cat! He's super friendly and doesn't cause mess. I’m incredibly clean and I also travel for work sometimes 2-3 weeks a month so more than likely you will have the house to yourself with the cat!
The place is a 3bd 3ba in Oakland. Theres a Trader Joes, a farmers market, and Lake Merrit a 15 min walk away! There's a bus stop a 2-minute walk away that can take you to BART or the City with ease.
