Tenants have access to the whole house. The room is available now. The bedrooms have new paint, new blinds and new carpet. The owner and one other tenant live there currently with two well behaved labradors. The house comes with once a month cleaning person. I still expect tenants to clean up after themselves and help around the house on occasion. The room is single occupancy. I would like to see your credit score and know some work history. Lake Merrit Bart is 5 minutes away and Lakeshore and grand street one exit away. I am a pretty quiet person and that is what I am looking for in a roommate. I am a gardener and forager that loves to cook. Lots of fruit trees on the property. I can show the house anytime.
