We have a room for rent at 670 62nd St Oakland, CA Upper House is shared by 3 other male musicians with living room, kitchen, and bathroom shared. Only 2 of the other tenants use the main bathroom as one of the bathrooms has its own separate bathroom. If you are a respectful people person, or an artist or musician this is for you. The house has a laundry room downstairs and also an enclosed sauna. It has original wooden floors and closet. This is a smoke friendly house outside, weed ok inside though. It is rare anyone smokes but we like to disclose that. There is also a piano in the living room. Appliances in kitchen are fairly new. Rent is $1100 per month plus PG&E bill which can vary from $105 to $150 per month depending on time of year, plus $20 per month for internet access. One tenant in back cottage has a dog however no pets unless approved by landlord, but must be pet friendly. Digital lock on back gate access to house.
