Bedroom is average (~12x12ft) with a closet & window. Shared spaces include a large living room, bathroom with tub, and full size kitchen.
Rent for the smaller room is $1305 ($50 less than larger room).
Water and trash is paid by the landlord. PGE & internet paid by tenants.
Move-in: February (potential for late January move-in)
Housemate: me (Niloufar), is queer, SWANA in their 30s. I work a 9-5 and am in grad school for counseling. I love dancing, spending time at the lake, having friends over for tea & being cozy at home.
Community: Looking to live with folx in community (queer and/or poc). Someone who is interested in shared household responsibilities, and not being total strangers living together. Would appreciate an environment that feels like home, comfortable and easy for everyone. :)
Pets: Must be game to love on / live with my two cats Arezou and Reza. Not enough space for other pets or bandwidth for acclimating cats, so no more pets at this time sadly.
Covid: Air filters in home, testing for covid when sick is the norm, isolation practices when someone has covid in the home to avoid spread, and; ideally regular masking in crowded public spaces (e.g. bart/public transit, airports, grocery store, etc.). Let's dialogue about this and find what fits everyone's needs.
