Built in 1911, this is a beautiful, roomy, two-story house with six bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large living room with hardwood floors.
The house is centrally located on a tree lined residential street within walking distance to Kaiser, Broadway, and Piedmont Ave.
Room features fresh paint, hardwood floors, and closet.
Common areas of the house are furnished. Bedrooms for rent are unfurnished. We do not provide storage with the exception of space for bicycles. Street parking is available. Coin operated washer/dryer.
The owner pays for water, garbage, PG&E, monthly common area cleaning service, and a gardener who comes twice a month.
***We are looking for a mature, responsible, very well qualified tenant with current, excellent rental references and good credit, with monthly income of at least $2850 per month.
***The current residents are all professionals so it is very important that all tenants respect the quiet hours in the house
(10:00pm-8:00am). We are also looking for someone who will maintain a clean and sanitary living environment, particularly in the common areas of the house. There is also a limit to the number of overnight guests.
***Finally, this is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes of any kind, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarette’s are not allowed.
