There are several AC Transit lines close by, downtown Oakland is 10 minutes away, and San Francisco is under an hour.
The room size is about 13’ x 12', with a high ceiling. It is very private, at the end of a hall, with no shared walls. It has been repainted, has hardwood floor and a brand new door lock.
The room has a large window, that is approximately 5' x 6', comes with a double set of curtains, and a nice view facing west.
The flat has two full sized bathrooms, a large living room with a nice TV, and the internet runs throughout the house.
We are all busy folks, with different schedules, which often means there is never a wait time to use critical shared house resources.
We have a great kitchen, that is, move in ready.
You could just bring your food and, you're good to go.
The kitchen has 2 good sized refrigerators, a stove, and a microwave and is stocked with dishware, pots, pans and silverware.
Each person has their own dry food storage and refrigerator space as well.
We don't have a lot of house meetings, everyone is responsible for keeping the house clean, including participating in rotating house chores, which only takes about 10 minutes per person a week.
