Beautiful studio apartment in uptown, close to restaurants, plenty of street parking, close to transportation and beautiful, downtown Oakland I'm a musician. I have 2 little dogs very friendly. Hopefully at some point we can move to a bigger House with a yard.I work a lot and check out my band on youtube rimshot and the rippers. My Band rimshot and the rippers productions we're doing monthly. Live music shows Jan 24 sat lanesplitter's pizza emeryville. We just did a show there on december nineteenth. Also on february twentieth , we will be performing at stay gold deli in oakland.also face reveal, crease Reese, necessary noise, charmworld, the niteshades and others
