The room is 12 x 12 PLUS an additional alcove that measures 8 x 8. (208 square feet total). No kitchen use in main house kitchen but the ROOM CONTAINS A MICROWAVE, 3 cu ft FRIG, ELECTRIC KETTLE and TOASTER plus a cutting board, dishes and utensils.
Our household members are very clean.
The location is close to Mills College campus.

One person only. (No pets). House is shared with others who live in various parts of the property. Two live in two small outbuildings; another space is another bedroom on the second floor in the house; and one lives in a room on the first floor. It is spread out like a compound. Fenced yard with locked gate. Street parking. Safe area. Lovely people!

-Convenient to running trails, hiking up in Redwood/Joaquin Milller Park (5 min. drive)
-Where 580/13 intersect
-Street parking (plentiful)
-10 min. drive to downtown Oakland or downtown Berkeley; 20-30 minutes to SF (in not bad traffic)
-Recommended: having a car - the area is not very transit-friendly
About the owner:
-Home owner - wine journalist and wine business writer focused on organic and biodynamically grown wines (who has lots of wine to give away)
-No couples or coupling, please: it's hard to accommodate an extra person on a regular basis (enjoy your true love at your partner's place)
-Headphones only household please (we have work at home roommates and neighbors)
