The neighborhood is very active and walking distance to many markets and restaurants. Bart and bus lines are also nearby. Street parking is available.
About the current tenants:
One couple in our 30s. We have 3 cats living in the house. *No additional animals allowed.* We smoke cigs/weed and very occasionally drink. We both cook and keep the house clean. We are lgbtqia affirming and vaccinated. The house is a quiet, safe and enjoyable space to come home to.
About you:
We are looking for a 3rd housemate who is respectful of the space and can pay their rent+bills on time. Someone who likes cats is a plus. A traveling nurse would be a good fit.
