We have 1 bedroom with private bathroom to rent on the Oakland and Berkeley border. The house was recently renovated and features a large updated kitchen, updated restrooms and spacious living accommodations.
Our house is located a few blocks from Bart (Ashby Station) and a quick bike ride, A bus station at the corner of the street or walk to the UC Berkeley Campus.
One min from a coffee shop, 6 mins to Berkeley bow, 10 min to Safeway.
What we're looking for:
- Single housemate (Sorry, no couples)
- Financially responsible/stable housemates (e.g. pays rent on time)
- Clean, but not anal retentive about it
- Communicative, honest and forthright
- Sorry, no pet allow

Details:
