First pictures were taken when the room was used as a family room, the rest are as it is now. Utilities included if you are conservative. There are stairs. $200 deposit for short term/daily.

Private entry off the terrace. Just far enough to miss all the noise yet an easy walk to shops, restaurants, Lake Merritt Post Office, groceries, laundry and more. You don't need a car, but if you have one the street parking is free. Direct bus to SF. Bus 57 to MacArthur Bart for other locations, is across the street.

Because I also rent this on a daily basis showing is difficult. If you are interested, you can book for one night at $60 and if you decide to take the space that amount with be credited to your rent. Price is for 1 person.
