The apartment is within walking distance of the Ashby BART Station (2 blocks) and several convenient bus lines. The Tuesday farmers market and the Berkeley Bowl grocery store are close by. Although there is no laundry on site, there is a laundromat conveniently located around the corner.
A lease and a $1000 security deposit are required. Preferably looking for a 6-9 month lease (June 2026). Ideally I am looking for a student or working professional.
So a little bit about me, I am a 33 year old, cisgender man. I am a school based therapist who enjoys rock climbing, chess, intermural sports, and playing video games. I consider myself to be friendly and respectful, especially when it comes to privacy. I generally prefer a clean and organized house (I'm tidy but not a neat freak). I'm not much of a drinker/partier and like to have weeknights relatively chill with a soft rule of 10:30 pm quiet time. I do spend a few evenings a week at my partners house.
As I am a part owner of the building, I am responsive to tenant requests and maintenance issues, should they arise.
