This is an 800 sq ft apartment. I am living in the other room on a 12 month lease.
The building is a bit old but the place is OK, not great, but great for me. There is no AC here and I like that, I don't want to pay for the power to use one, sorry. Management company is responsive and helpful. No ebikes or escooters allowed to charge inside the unit, just random rule here. (not my rule) I have my own kick scooter and bicycle here and you are welcome to do same if you want. There is a starbucks and grocery stores nearby in walking distance.
Price is approx $1500 per month includes half of the apartment rent and half of utilities. There is a $600 deposit and background check required that goes through the property management company.
The community is peaceful and people keep to themselves. There is a pool, small gym, and outdoor BBQ. Parking is not great just OK. A covered parking spot is available for $50/month. If you hate walking to and from your car, this is not a good place for you. My parking spot is about one block from the door just FYI. I prefer to keep a relatively quiet, clean, simple place at home to relax and do some meal prep cooking occasionally.
I'm no longer a college student looking for parties, I try to sleep early and wake up early for 8am phone calls at work every day. Prefer minimal to no drinking alcohol at home. I work from home maybe 1 or 2 days per week which includes constant meetings on the phone. Looking for someone with similar lifestyle who appreciates a quiet and clean "sanctuary" space. No preference male or female.
