Pictures are before hiring a cleaning service for the apartment. I will be hiring a professional cleaning service to clean the entire apartment for a move in, as I have also just recently moved in and would like it cleaned.
Perks:
- Full kitchen access with storage space split between us, it’s rather empty so perfect for you to bring your own cookware. (None will be provided).
- You will have half of the fridge and half of the freezer to store your items. We can divvy up the space however you like.
- Light frying is okay, prefer no deep-frying. Do not dispose of oil in the sink or down the drain.
- Your own personal private bathroom, no sharing necessary. It’s located in the master bedroom, and the master bedroom comes complete with a large closet and a large window.
- Toilet seat is brand new, just replaced, and never been used.
- In-unit washer/dryer so no need for coin operation or anything.
- You will have either private parking or street parking available. I will give you a little parking permit sticker to stick on the inside of your windshield, this will allow you to park privately.
- There is an elevator.
- Overnight guests are okay AS LONG AS YOU INFORM ME. I’m okay with you having company over just PLEASE tell me out of courtesy so I know there will be additional people in the house. I will do the same for you when I have overnight guests staying over.
- NO DRINKING, NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. This is an absolute no.
- Please be respectful, clean, and chill.
Some things to be aware of/keep in mind:
- There is an maintenance exterminator that comes every 1-2 months to spray the house. When they come to spray the house, all items need to be moved 1-2 inches away from the walls to spray the baseboards. Additionally, all occupants (and pets) need to be out of the house for a minimum of 2 hours to allow the product to dry.
Points of Interest:
- San Antonio shopping center is literally a 5-10 minute walk away. (Safeway, Walmart super center, Target, Trader Joe’s, UPS, several salons, several restaurants, several small shops)
- Whole Foods about a 15 min walk away
- Caltrain train station about a 15-20min walk away
- Several bus stops nearby the apartment complex
- Public library is only a 10 min drive away
- Castro Street(HUGE restaurant and shop strip mall) only a 12-15 min drive away
- HIGHLY walkable location
RENT:
MTM Lease: $1800 (All combined: rent, utilities, internet, etc) per month
6-month lease: $1400 rent, utilities are around 60-140, internet is 55/mo, ext is 30/mo
1-year lease: $1200 rent, utilities are around 60-140, internet is 55/mo, ext is 30/mo
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
One month’s rent
