Located in Martinez, we have an 11 ft x 10 ft private bedroom with half bath available for rent November 5th. The monthly rent is $800 with an additional monthly payment for utilities (PG &E, Water, and Internet) which is split amongst us (over the past 12 months ranges between $70-120 per month). We do not subscribe to cable television. $700 deposit.

We are a house of 2 men and 2 women who all get along, keeping to ourselves except for the occasional funny joke in passing. We are looking for a clean, quiet, respectable, and responsible person to occupy this room. No pets, no parties, no drug or substance abuse. This is a two-story house with a shared bathroom and kitchen on a different level.

Washer and dryer on site.

Within 2 miles of Highway 4, Highway 680, Walmart / Lucky’s grocery store. Within 5 miles of DVC and within 6 miles of the North Concord Bart Station.

Within walking distance to County Connection bus service.
