The room and Condo are already furnished. However, the room could be unfurnished for the right housemate.
The room is approximately 12X12. It has a 3 speed ceiling fan with light combo. The closet is large, so it can fit lots of clothes, shoes, and items you want to store. The window overlooks the backyard and has blackout curtains.
Current furniture includes a queen size bed, large dresser with mirror, nightstand, TV stand, lamps, bookshelf, wall shelves, and some art. Theses items can be used by the renter or can be removed.
I'm pretty chill and non-judgmental of others. I mind my own business keeping to myself, but not anti-social. I spend a lot of the time outside of the home (at friends/family’s place) or in my room. I'm a very neat and clean person, so I’m looking for the same in a roommate.
I'm seeking a roommate who is clean, respectful, and pays the rent on the 1st of every month or before. I don’t have a bunch of rules, mainly just to always be considerate of others. You can use kitchen for cooking and outdoor patio area with seating and charcoal BBQ grill as long as you clean up after yourself.
