I am seeking a third roommate to share my comfortable Craftsman style three bedroom, one bathroom bungalow in Emeryville. Preferably, you would be a gay male who doesn't drink, and certainly doesn't do drugs. Clean and well maintained. Quiet residential neighborhood. Must have your own phone. All other utilities shared. Wired for
high speed internet. We want to build a comfortable home based on communication and shared responsibility. You would be sharing with the owner and one other roommate. Rent is $945.00 per month with a $1,150.00 deposit.
