The space is a work in progress. My goal is to create a cozy home for myself, my son, and whomever moves in.
About me:
I'm a 40-something single parent who teaches music at a local High School. I typically spend my free time either in the living room relaxing, in the kitchen cooking, or going out. My co-parent lives next door, and our 4yo son splits time between us, 50/50. I'm social and enjoy people in general. Some of my hobbies and passions include socializing, music making, and cooking.
What I'm looking for in a housemate:
Non-negotiables:
-No smoking
-No vaping indoors
-takes responsibility for kitchen messes
-good communication
Negotiables:
-a small dog or cat ($300/month)
Nice to have but not required:
-good rapport
-shared meals
-a parent
I'd love to share the space with another parent who has a child close in age to my 4-year-old. There are numerous families here with toys sprinkled throughout the lounges and courtyards. Adults without children are welcome, too! Please help maintain the cleanliness of the condo by cleaning up after yourself.
