I am looking for someone to move into a wonderful 2bd/1ba house on the Emeryville/Oakland border.
This is a1 year lease with the option to renew after that. Preference for a queer identified roommate, but am open to all. :)

Approximately 12’5” x 12’5” plus a 2’4” x 7’8” closet
Good natural light (one west-facing and three north-facing windows)
Rent is $1497.50/month + utilities (PG&E and wifi)

Adrian (she/her): Hi! I’m a mid thirties queer cis femme who works part time from home. I work in mental health and as a teaching artist. I enjoy spending time in nature, spending time with friends, and taking acting workshops.

Pod (Adrian’s cat): a cat with a weakness for ham, turkey, and occasional pets.
