In addition, there is also a huge backyard and patio space if you enjoy having access to a patch of green to enjoy fresh air, exercise or just to feel the heat of the sun. You will be sharing the common space such as kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room (in-unit washer dryer) with 2 other people.
Location:
3 minute walk to Adobe, 8 minute walk to Stanford Health Care Hospital, 14 minute walk to Pixar Animation Studios. The perfect walking commute to any of these companies.
If you’d like to live a car-less life in Oakland outside of your work commute, this is the perfect location for you.
