My current roommate is going to be moving out January 31 so I'm looking for a new roommate as soon as February 1.
I didn't add pictures of the room because all of his stuff is in it but it's 11 x 11.5
I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The room for rent has a bathroom right next to it. It's also used as a guest bathroom but I make sure that it's stocked with toilet paper and clean it if there are any guests. The living room separates our rooms and bathrooms.
The room is not furnished.
The room is $1200 for EVERYTHING. Rent, water, PG&E and high speed Internet. There are 2 laundry rooms on site nearby the apartment. There is a covered carport which I don't use and there is a lot of uncovered parking free for anyone including guests.
I'm a 35 year old man who is pretty clean and quiet. I work Monday through Friday at the same job I've had for 11 years. I'm currently on a lease which ends in December this year but I would like to continue to live here because it's a good price and nice location. I typically go to church Sunday mornings and am usually busy doing something like going to the gym, playing sports, or hanging with friends at other times.
