We are looking to rent out a spare bedroom in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home. It’s currently being used for my gym but will be getting moved out this week. We do have one roommate who occupies one room who you will have a shared bathroom with. Pretty quiet house, no kids, one dog who does not occupy the home but does enjoy spending most of her time in my private room and her kennel outside.
