I am subleasing my Berkeley apartment this fall semester (August to December). It is a 2 bedroom, 1 full bath apartment with 3 other male college roommates (would be sharing a room with another person).
The location is really good and right next to Unit 2:

>5min walk from telegraph
>5min walk from 6 bus
>10min walk from 51B bus
15 min bus ride to Berkeley downtown bart and 25 min bart ride to SF.
