It comes furnished with a bunk bed, two desks, multiple small dressers, and a mini fridge in room available if needed. Plenty of storage! The room is $1400/month, utilities included ($1400 as a single or $700/person if you have a roommate).
The house has study rooms and communal lounge area. Common areas are professionally cleaned. The kitchen has an ice and water machine, 4 commercial/industrial fridges, 2 commercial/industrial freezers, large pantry, and commercial/industrial stoves/ovens.
The building is secure, with keypad lock access to the front door and to the room as well. All current residents are Cal students.
There will be a free parking spot included, and laundry is onsite and free!!
