Comes with a big closet in the common room for your clothes and goods. House has a spacious living room, dining room, and shared kitchen. There is also a back yard for bonfires, gardening, and get togethers.
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 1st, as I need to move for grad school. Lease is year to year.
We're a chill household that shares cleaning responsibilities and is comfortable communicating to one another while having our own lives.
Housemate 1 is a UC Berkeley alum currently working.
Housemate 2 is a current UC Berkeley student.
Ideal place for students. It's about a 15 minute walk to campus, and super close to restaurants, bars, and cafes. Trader Joe's is a short bus ride away.
No pets. Utilities vary per month.
