Come join our community home and share a spacious, peaceful five-bedroom Victorian with a sunny backyard, and large kitchen. We're a conscious and kind group of entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals (ages 35–60), each deeply focused on our creative and entrepreneurial work—from tech to the arts—who also cherish friendship and community, and sometimes work on projects together. We all have been to Burning Man and espouse the 10 principles in our living together. Although we are a community house, we are chill about it.

* A large, west facing room filled.
* Includes a private bath room with bath tub.
* $1600/month + ~$200 utilities (includes high-speed Wi-Fi, HBO; Showtime, household supplies)
* 14 feet 2 inches by 10 feet.
* Unfurnished; includes two wooden book cases, area to hang clothes and an armoir

* 5-bedroom quiet and peaceful Victorian with thick walls and room to breathe
* Brand new very large kitchen
* Shared by mindful, independent adults who value both personal space and meaningful connection
* We enjoy monthly family-style dinners, spontaneous shared meals, and occasional collaboration on creative and tech projects
* We foster a conscious living environment rooted in respect, cleanliness, and kindness

* Large backyard with plenty of space to relax, garden, or unwind including sitting area with fire pit
