I have a nice finished basement that has a large private bath, kitchenette w/ full size fridge and plenty of storage (not pictured) and its own laundry! (Please note: the kitchenette does not have an oven, but you can get a countertop appliance to substitute). The space opens up to the Bay with 360 views of Oak, SF, GG Bridge, Angel Island, Marin, etc. It has a covered pergola and an outside dedicated storage for things like bikes, surfboard and other items you may have.
The room is furnished with a murphy bed, couch, desk, chair, closets, etc. It also has a parking spot in front of the house. We are less than 2 miles from Solano Ave (easily walkable) and the same distance to Tilden Park (in the other direction) and the new golf course, and restaurant there, and the Berkeley Rose Garden. It is also very close to the gourmet ghetto and groceries and everything else Berkeley has to offer. Oh, and the UCB campus is also approximately 2 miles, and I walk there often.
The rent is 1500 a month and there is a 1500 refundable deposit. This space is completely private, the tenant does not share space with anyone! All utilities included: Pg&e, water, garbage, landscaping, wifi, etc
