Seeking a gentle kind friend as a third roommate housemate for our place in south central Berkeley. The structure is a 3 bedroom house with a backyard, deck, and hot tub. The available room is downstairs with a beautiful hardwood ceiling, a built in desk overlooking the backyard, and a mini loft nook. Rent for this room is $1350.
The space is pleasant, full of light, feels good, and has some quirky character
Live amongst plants in a beautiful neighborhood, walk to coffee, downtown Berkeley, Ashby Bart, Berkeley Bowl, etc.
Parking in the neighborhood is easy and street sweeping is only once a month
Unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets
