We are in the North Berkeley Hills, close to UC Berkeley and Lawrence Hall of Science as well as Cedar & Shattuck with a whole block of restaurants nearby at the Northside at Euclid where there’s an entrance to campus at Euclid & Hearst.
This community is in a safe neighborhood and quiet most of the time with occasional noise in the community.
Bedroom is 12' x 14', has access to large deck with shelves and closet space for clothes and such. With this, you also get access to the rest of the house such as the living room, dining room, den, center courtyard, and back yard (which includes a large garden).
Laundry (adjacent to bedrooms) and kitchen privileges designated space in refrigerator/freezer and pantry (in modern kitchen) provided.
Rent is $1,200/month payable on the first of every month and includes wi-fi and utilities. Looking for a long-term tenant.
If you are a UC Berkeley student, ideally you are looking to live until at least the end of the Spring 2026 semester. For anyone else, ideally at least a year.
The bedroom is for one person only, no couples. No pets and no stayovers. No smokers. Extra storage is available.

We have one friendly 8-year-old border collie who LOVES to go on walks. We are social but tend to be low key for the most part.
