I am looking for ONE person (one only, not a couple neither friends) nice, decent, and quiet tenant. The whole time professional worker or post doc, graduate student or student is preferred, but preferably who should work in normal business hours,
should be very quiet, nice and clean, neat, responsible, with nice personality and taking care of the house is a must!
The monthly rent is $1500 (utilities water, gas,electricity WIFI included )
Simply furniture, a Full size bed , table, and chair are provided
Please No smoking, no drug, no drunk, no pet, no party, no damage, no violation, and no louder music .
One month rent deposit plus the first month rent should be paid before moving in.
