Note: Other than the shared linen closet in the hallway, there is no additional storage space, just what fits in your room.

The house is shared with us, the owners, a lesbian couple. We are professionals, one is in the fitness industry and the other is a chef and culinary instructor. The other current resident is a professional postdoc who is a quiet, friendly, mature, responsible adult. We all clean up after ourselves. The common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen) are fully furnished and shared with all. We are considerate about keeping the common areas clean and keeping all our personal items in our rooms. We entertain a bit but will always be respectful. This is not a party house.
We are looking for a clean, nonsmoker, non-druggy person who doesn’t wear perfume or burn incense & helps to keep the common areas clean. Someone who takes responsibility and acts like an adult. You should be flexible and know how to live in a shared space. Agree to the common sense house rules. This room is available for one person and is not intended for a home office.
