Three weirdos and one dog seek one magical new housemates to join an open hearted and clowney home in South Berkeley. This house is for you if you enjoy creative flow, spontaneous projects, and a space that evolves with the people living in it. Room is available now!

Rent: $1123 + ~100 utilities. Security deposit and last month's rent are also due upon move in, $1123 each. So, total move in cost is $3369. Rent is split evenly amongst the four rooms.

- Quiet South Berkeley neighborhood, walking distance from Ashby BART. Close to Berkeley Bowl West and Berkeley Ironworks
- House aesthetic is Peewee’s grandma's house
