Two weirdos seek two magical new housemates to join an open hearted and clowney home in South Berkeley. This house is for you if you enjoy creative flow, spontaneous projects, and a space that evolves with the people living in it.

I’m moving out of the Fun House, a home I truly love, because I’m in a season where I need something smaller and quieter for myself. I’m helping my buds find new folks for the rooms who will thrive in this wonderful space.

Rent: $1123 + ~100 utilities for both rooms.
Rooms are available 3/1 with some flexibility for sooner move in in Feb

Physical Space
- Quiet South Berkeley neighborhood, walking distance from Ashby BART, Berkeley Bowl West, and Berkeley Ironworks
- House aesthetic is Peewee’s grandma's house
- The house tends to be actively used rather than mostly empty
- Mostly private backyard (shared with another person in a unit next door but he never goes in the backyard)
- Shared garage for storage
- In house washer and dryer (not coin op)
- Dishwasher
- There are five stairs to enter the home and four steps up to room 1
