Im a mature post-grad professional single woman here with a sweet sweet dog. You love dogs. The neighborhood has access to everything you can imagine: nature, water, shops, cafes, modern public library, express bus to sf right around the corner, fancy shops, fancy restaurants, 2 hip dive bars, a public swimming pool a 5 minute walk away, BART accessible, mom and pop ethnic restaurants, sushi, bbq, mexican food, thai . . .a mexican market, laundry less than 900 feet away, the berkeley free clinic is a block away. lol. We enjoy good vibes here and are drug, substance, social drinking occasionally, and smoke-free.
The space is filled with positive energy, gets great light, is bright, kind, a positive light-filled place, and is good for ONE person without pets (because I have a doggie who expects to be an only pet). I am friendly and doing my own thing, kind, conversational, interesting yet still out of the way. You can have a car and there is ample street parking. Quick access to the university campus via bus or driving. You can get on the freeway quickly to Oakland, South Bay, Marin, SF, or Contra Costa. BART is a 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride and again, there is an express bus to SF right around the corner for commuters. We have a great water park estuary nearby which is peaceful and of course the berkeley hills and the park at the marina also beckon. Oh, since we don't know oneanother yet - utilities are included unless you’re a heavy utility user, then we can discuss. This includes internet. The current resident is still here and anticipates a move by the 12th of August. First Month's rent & deposit of equal amount. Let’s chat.
