We are an awesome student community about a 5 minute walk from campus! ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED.
The room is a HUGE DOUBLE ROOM and has tons of Closet and storage space. We offer a common area/living room where there are three leather couches, desks for student study, a television, and a piano. We are looking for calm dedicated UC Berkeley students who are CONSIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL. We have an in house cleaner and a Resident Manager. WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
