About the house:
• The rooms are extremely spacious single rooms on the top floor, you would share the bathroom with only 2 other people.
• The home is shared with 4 wonderful female Graduate students (5 total in the house including hopefully you) pursuing their PhD’s and Masters.
• There is a beautiful garden in the back that I’ve poured a lot of love into– if you are interested, it is yours to enjoy and care for if that sort of thing interests you!
• The neighbourhood is truly awesome- you’re right across from Berkeley staples like Cheeseboard Bakery and some excellent coffee shops, in one of the safer locations in the east bay.
