Why choose the BSC? It's an opportunity to live in Berkeley without the price tag, with our rates being far below market average. Attending UC Berkeley? We're only steps away from the campus. Attend another college/university? We've got you covered! We offer housing to all students enrolled in a minimum of half-time units.
Our 17 houses come with fully furnished rooms with beds, closets, and desks. The houses have shared kitchens (fully stocked with food during the Fall/Spring), gym, lounge rooms, laundry rooms, Wi-Fi, gardens, and more!
We also have 3 fully furnished apartment complexes, including shared laundry rooms, common rooms, a beautiful garden and workout area.
Living within the BSC has the added benefit of learning skills that will stick with a graduate as they prepare to transition to the real-world, such as: budgeting, maintenance, and governance (your house, your say).
